Please allow 48 hours for you repeat prescription to be processed.
We accept repeats requests either in writing, fax or chemist requests or Online using patient online access. We do not accept prescriptions requests by phone unless you are elderly or housebound.
To avoid any mistakes please complete the right hand side of your prescription with the box ticked for the medication you need.
Prescriptions can be collected from our reception, by post as long as you provided us with a stamped addressed envelope or by your nominated pharmacy.
