When telephoning for an appointment, please give the receptionists as much information as possible so that they can offer you the most appropriate appointment.
The Surgery has over 3143 patients under our care. For this reason appointments are always in demand. Please do not be angry at the receptionist if there are no appointments available.
You could also register for Patient Online Access. All you have to do is bring along 2 forms of ID with you to the surgery, one ID being photographic e.g driving licence or passport. Speak to receptionist for further details.Thank you.
If you decide not to keep your appointment please let our receptionists know as soon as possible so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
