Complaints and Suggestions
As a practice we aim to provide the highest standards of service to all our patients, however, in the event you may feel the need to complain, please put this in writing to the practice manager - Joanne Murphy. You will receive an initial confirmation of your complaint received within 7 days.
You can of course in the first instance speak to the practice manager Joanne Murphy who will try and resolve any complaints immediately. If you have any constructive suggestions which you feel may improve the service at our practice then please let us know. Joanne works Mon - Thurs - 9:30am - 3:30pm.
